These mics are great for the newer radios at a very fair price . They sound great on anytones, strykers , etc. On AM, past mid way on gain and it may become too much , on ssb i always ran wide open, crystal clear. I strictly used this on my anytones/ radioddity for past 2 years as it was best sounding comared to the stock mic, delta m2, turner plus 3, lollypop and several others. Now it will be a backup to my k po M +5 base mic.
Great customer service. The mic. looks and feels well made. My first contact with the mic I was told I was over modulated, turned it down a little and was told I sounded great. I will do business with Scottsradios again. 73s
